Business visit of German Gold representatives to ARG Group

On September 19, 2025, representatives of German Gold, our official partner in Azerbaijan, visited us in Baku. During the visit, the delegation met with our team at the office to discuss the current market situation, customer expectations, and product characteristics. Key topics were future cooperation opportunities, product portfolio expansion, and strategies to better address market needs.

Discussions primarily focused on the demand for German Gold products in the Azerbaijani market, sales growth strategies, broadening the product range, and the development of tailored technical solutions for different engine types. The delegation also exchanged views on the impact of seasonal changes on engine oil performance, quality benchmarks, and customer feedback. Identifying emerging needs in line with automotive sector developments and advancing new formulations were highlighted as strategic priorities.

As part of the program, the representatives visited partner oil change stations, where they engaged directly with mechanics and customers. Positive customer feedback underscored the strong trust in the brand across the country. The delegation reaffirmed their commitment to carefully considering all feedback and to continuously enhancing customer satisfaction.

In addition to the business program, our guests were introduced to both the cultural heritage and modern lifestyle of Baku. They also had the opportunity to attend the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, leaving the city with highly positive impressions.
