History of Little Trees
In 1952, a milk lorry driver in upstate New York complained to Julius Sämann about the smell of spilt milk. To solve this problem, Julius invented the first car air freshener by combining exquisite fragrances with a special paper material. He gave the product an abstract evergreen tree shape in honour of the years he spent extracting aromatic oils from the Canadian pine forests. These air fresheners quickly became popular as an effective and high-quality product that solved a common problem. Before long, the product began to fly off the shelves. Orders began to come in from across the USA, and the product soon gained international recognition. Julius's innovative product became a global symbol of freshness and quality. It has been featured in many films and television programmes. Although the first fragrances were "Royal Pine", "Spice" and "Bouquet", the range expanded over time. Today, popular fragrances such as "Caribbean Colada", "Vanillaroma", "New Car Scent" and, of course, "Black Ice" are available. The product range has also expanded. Air freshener solutions such as "Vent Liquid", "Vent Wrap", "Spray" and "Fiber Can" have been added. These products not only offer different styles but also provide the high-quality fragrances that customers love.
